Remuneration: R40,000 - R65,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Stellenbosch. This vital role will provide comprehensive support to the Finance Manager, contributing significantly to the financial health and accuracy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage debtors and creditors processing and reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail.
Utilise Xerox Accounting software for various financial operations.
Handle plant, fixed asset register (FAR), and depreciation calculations.
Oversee and reconcile stock counts, ensuring accuracy.
Process VIP Payroll efficiently and accurately.
Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
Prepare and submit statutory returns (VAT/PAYE).
Maintain a high degree of accountability and accuracy in all financial tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Level: Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in basic accounting and bookkeeping (Preferred).
Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Excel. Experience with Xerox Accounting software is essential.
License: Valid Driver's Licence (Essential).
