Role Overview:
As a Sales and Operations Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our lead management, optimising sales processes, and fostering key partnerships, particularly within the European recruitment market. You will be a vital link between potential clients and our solutions, ensuring efficiency and contributing directly to our expansion and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Communication:
Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
Engage via email with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
Utilise CRM systems (training provided) to track and manage data effectively.
Operational Support:
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Sales Process Analysis:(Training provided, no prior experience necessary)
Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance.
Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimise sales techniques.
Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.
Partnership Development (Training provided, no prior experience necessary):
Assist a Business Development Manager in identifying and establishing partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily within the European market.
Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.
Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives.
Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth.
Strategic Support:
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Support training and development programmes for sales team members.
